Jindan Technology has established the Supplier Business Code of Conduct following the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights，，，，，， and the requirements of ESG management.

希望供应商或营业伙伴支持并起劲推行划定的要求，，，，，，包括情形、社会和人权方面，，，，，，以及在质量和食物清静方面的期望。。。。。。。。

It is expected that suppliers or business partners will support and strive to fulfill the specified requirements, including those in the aspects of the environment, society, and human rights, as well as the expectations regarding quality and food safety.

在本行为准则中，，，，，，凡提及 "供应商 "时，，，，，，均应诠释为也指 "营业合作伙伴"。。。。。。。。

In this Code of Conduct, whenever the term "supplier" is mentioned, it shall be construed as also referring to "business partner".

二、质量与食物清静 / Quality & Food Safety

1、质量控制（Quality Control）

供应商须建设切合ISO 9001标准的全流程质量管理系统，，，，，，确保原质料、生产历程及制品切合中国GB标准、FDA或欧盟规则（如适用）。。。。。。。。

Suppliers shall establish a full-process quality management system compliant with ISO 9001, ensuring raw materials, production, and finished products meet Chinese GB standards, FDA, or EU regulations (if applicable).

提供每批次产品的检测报告，，，，，，并配合我司举行现场审核与抽样复检。。。。。。。。

Submit batch-specific test reports and cooperate with our on-site audits and sample re-inspections.

2、食物清静（Food Safety）

遵守《中华人民共和国食物清静法》，，，，，，实验HACCP系统，，，，，，确保无不法添加或交织污染危害。。。。。。。。

Comply with China’s Food Safety Law, implement HACCP systems, and eliminate risks of illegal additives or cross-contamination.

食物接触质料需切合GB 4806系列标准，，，，，，并提供切合性声明（DoC）。。。。。。。。

Food contact materials shall comply with GB 4806 series standards and provide Declarations of Conformity (DoC).

三、反糜烂与诚信 / Anti-Corruption & Integrity

1、反行贿（Anti-Bribery）

榨取以现金、礼物、娱乐运动等任何形式向我司员工、关联方或政府官员行贿或提供不当利益。。。。。。。。

Prohibit bribes or improper benefits (e.g., cash, gifts, entertainment) to our employees, affiliates, or government officials.

如实纪录所有生意，，，，，，不得伪造账目或举行“账外生意”。。。。。。。。

Maintain accurate transaction records; no false accounting or “off-the-books” transactions.

2、诚信谋划（Ethical Business）

确保报价真实透明，，，，，，榨取勾通投标、商业诓骗或侵占知识产权。。。。。。。。

Ensure transparent pricing; prohibit collusive bidding, commercial fraud, or IP infringement .

Protect our trade secrets; unauthorized disclosure of technology, formulas, or customer data is prohibited.

四、社会责任与人权 / Social Responsibility & Human Rights

1、用工规范（Labor Practices）

榨取雇佣童工（未满16周岁）或强迫劳动，，，，，，遵守《劳动法》关于工时、最低人为及社会包管的划定。。。。。。。。

Prohibit child labor (under 16) or forced labor; comply with Labor Law on working hours, minimum wage, and social insurance.

提供清静的事情情形，，，，，，按期举行职业康健检查。。。。。。。。

Provide safe working conditions and regular occupational health examinations.

2、人权包管（Human Rights）

尊重员工结社自由，，，，，，榨取性别、种族、宗教歧视。。。。。。。。

Respect freedom of association; prohibit gender, racial, or religious discrimination .

对移民工人提供一律�；；；；；；；；�，，，，，，确保其护照及证件不被扣押。。。。。。。。

Ensure equal protection for migrant workers; passports and documents shall not be withheld.

五、情形治理 / Environmental Management

遵守《情形�；；；；；；；；しā�，，，，，，取得排污允许证，，，，，，控制废水、废气、固废排放切合GB 31571等标准。。。。。。。。

Comply with Environmental Protection Law; obtain discharge permits and control emissions (e.g., wastewater, exhaust) per GB 31571.

供应商应对其对天气和情形的影响肩负所有责任，，，，，，并应起劲致力于减排和质料循环使用，，，，，，以改善其营业和情形绩效，，，，，，从而�；；；；；；；；ぬ炱颓樾巍！�。。。。。。

The Supplier shall take full responsibility for its impact on climate and environment and shall proactively work towards emission reductions and circularity of materials to improve its business and environmental performance in order to protect the climate and environment.

制订碳减排妄想，，，，，，优先使用清洁能源（如太阳能、生物质能），，，，，，年度碳排放数据需向我司报备。。。。。。。。

Develop carbon reduction plans, prioritize clean energy (e.g., solar, biomass), and submit annual carbon emission data to us.

六、信息清静 / Information Security

建设数据�；；；；；；；；ぶ贫�，，，，，，避免客户信息、生产数据泄露。。。。。。。。

Establish data protection policies to prevent leakage of customer information or production data .

与我司共享数据时，，，，，，须通过加密传输或签署保密协议（NDA）。。。。。。。。

Encrypt data transmissions or sign NDAs when sharing information with us.

七、申诉机制Grievance Mechanisms

供应商必需向所有工人提供保密的投诉举报途径，，，，，，并必需确保制订相关程序，，，，，，以确保提出疑虑和真诚直言的工人受到�；；；；；；；；�，，，，，，免遭抨击。。。。。。。。

he Supplier must provide means for confidential complaint reporting to all workers and must ensure that processes are in place to ensure that workers who raise concerns and speak up in faith are protected from retaliation.

供应商可通过stake官网科技的合规举报热线或二维码提出任何有关stake官网科技事情职员任何与执法或金行为准则有关的不当行为。。。。。。。。

Suppliers can report any improper conduct of Jindan Technology's employees related to laws or Jindan's Code of Conduct through Jindan Technology's compliance hotline or QR code.

八、公司治理 / Corporate Governance

供应商董事会或管理层须设立反糜烂、ESG专项监视机制，，，，，，并按期果真治理报告。。。。。。。。

Establish board-level anti-corruption and ESG oversight mechanisms, and publish governance reports periodically.

爆发重大诉讼、行政处�；；；；；；；；蚬扇ū浠皇�，，，，，，需在5个事情日内书面通知我司。。。。。。。。

Notify us in writing within 5 working days of major litigation, administrative penalties, or ownership changes.

九、监视与执行 / Compliance & Enforcement

我司有权通过现场审核、第三方评估或文件抽查监视供应商合规性。。。。。。。。

We reserve the right to conduct on-site audits, third-party evaluations, or document reviews to monitor compliance.

严重违规行为（如质量造假、行贿）将连忙终止合作，，，，，，并追究执法责任。。。。。。。。

Material violations (e.g., quality fraud, bribery) will result in termination and legal action.

本行为准则划定的义务是stake官网科技与供应商之间任何条约划定的供应商其他义务的增补。。。。。。。。

The obligations under this Code of Conduct are additional to the Supplier’sother obligations pursuant to any contract between Jindan Technology and the Supplier.

关于供应商向stake官网科技交付的任何货物，，，，，，无论双方之间的任何条约是否终止或到期，，，，，，本行为准则划定的义务均继续有用。。。。。。。。

The obligations under this Code of Conductshall continue in force in respect of any deliveries fromthe Supplier to Jindan Technology , regardless of the termination or expiry of any contract between the parties.
